What is EGB
We are a research group studying bacteria aiming at understanding how genome structure impacts cell physiology and evolution. Our two main models are:
-Vibrio cholerae the ethiological agent of cholera disease.
-Bradyrhizobium a soy symbiont.
we test experimentally observations coming from an ever increasing genomic database.
We work at IIB-UNSAM/IBBio-CONICET in the Campus Miguelete of the Universidad Nacional de San Martín (UNSAM).
